Good quality plates of excavator arm boom will avoid easy cracking, bending, breaking and other problems which are common seen in operation.
Telescopic boom excavator has a big requirement of plates specially the two plates in the middle. Because of the connection of two plates and heavy stress, its easy to crack and break. Thickening the middel two plates is very important and cut from a whole plate instead of welding which can reduce the risk of breaking. If the middle two plates are cut from one whole complete plate, it will enhance strength.
The middel two plates' thickness will reach 20mm which is strength enough to bear the huge stress and wear resistant.
