* Panel steel is cut by CNC plasma machine with less deformation. Every steel plate is stored in a very clean, dry warehouse which can prevent the steel from moist, wet etc.
* Precision of production process. Large floor-standing double-sided boring machine ensure machining precision of no less than 0.05mm. The excavator sliding arm on the excavators will be suitable.
* After welding, will conduct flaw detection on each welding bead. This is one of our must-do processes to ensure that the weld meets the standards, detect whether there are false welds, and whether there are pores, so as to ensure the firmness of the weld. Every staffs have full experience in welding and test. The chef of company will check the quality on every step of production.
